A PRIVATE CHEF IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN
Some of the best evenings never leave the villa.
Marco brings the flavours and the warmth of the region straight to your table, and cooks a dinner built entirely around you and your guests - from generous Tuscan classics to lighter, more contemporary dishes.
Every menu is seasonal, personal, and prepared with care, in the Colonica's kitchen and served in the dining room or outside under the pergola.
For a longer stay, Marco can cook across several days or the whole week — breakfasts, light lunches, aperitivi, dinners — around the pace of your holiday.
Marco bills you directly. Please allow a few days' notice for a dinner, and about a week for multi-day service.

WINE TASTING
The hills around La Vignaccia are quiet wine country, and some of the best growers are a short drive away.
We can point you to the ones worth the trip - small, family-run estates where the tasting comes with a walk through the cellar and, if you like, a light lunch among the vines.
Nothing crowded, nothing staged: an afternoon of good bottles and the people who make them.

COOKING CLASS
Pasta made the old way, from the flour forward.
Lorenzo runs a cooking class right at the villa — under the pergola or in the kitchen — where you make the pasta yourselves and then sit down to eat what you've made. It is the kind of morning children remember, and adults are surprised how much they enjoy.
