The above rates refer to the exclusive use of the villas and their swimming pools on a weekly basis.
Towel and linen are provided by us and they are changed on a weekly basis in case of longer stays.
The price does not include heating cost when needed, that is charged upon use (the villas have an indipendent heating system that guests can manage on their own choosing the preferred temperature; 2,5€/m3).
Final cleaning fees € 150.
